Hello everyone! I created this group on facebook for raw vegans that does not include any stringent diet rules like the other groups. For example, other groups do not want you discussing anything involving grains, fats, oils, superfoods, supplements, and even too many vegetables, yes you read that right. I believe that as long as you are consuming uncooked vegan foods then what does it matter what source it comes from? Do what feels good for YOU! I am also welcoming people in transition!
